Banquet Hall Info
Our banquet hall is approximately 2200 square feet with a maximum capacity of 130. We now have 72″ round tables that seat 8 to 10 per table. We also have cushioned chairs and a portable bar free of charge.
The rental fee is $650 with a security deposit of $200. The deposit is required to hold your date for you and will be refunded to you after your event, if there is no damage found to the property and you did not violate any terms of the contract. The rental fee is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Our banquet hall is available from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM. The rental period is for a maximum of five hours. Set up and decorating may be done prior to the start of the five hour rental period but cannot exceed three hours.
General liability event insurance is required. Please call Ava Ryan with 123ABC Insurance at 337-3919, or email her at AVARYAN@123ABCINSURANCE.COM for a quote. Proof of insurance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
Alcohol Beverage License
If you plan on having alcohol you will need an ABC Banquet License. You can apply online by going to http://www.abc.virginia.gov/
