The Fraternal Order of Police was founded in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 12, 1915 to provide a voice for ALL Law Enforcement Officers of ALL ranks. Commodore Lodge #3 was chartered on July 21, 1953 to ensure that our voice is heard in the City of Norfolk.
Dedicated to the membership of our club and created in the hopes of keeping our members informed and making our club what we know it can be!
